SQF (Safe Quality Food) 2000 Plan

 SQF 2000 has wide appeal across the food manufacturing and distribution sectors. In addition to GMP's, a supplier develops and maintains Food Safety and Food Quality Plans to control those aspects of their operations that are critical to maintaining food safety and quality.

SQF is recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative as conforming to the highest international standards and utilizes protocols administered by International Accreditation Forum.
 

SQF (Safe Quality Food)

SQF provides an independent and external validation that a product, process or service complies with international, regulatory and other specified standard(s) and enables a food supplier to give assurances that food has been produced, prepared and handled according to the highest possible standards.

    SQF offers three levels of certification:

Ø Level I – Food Safety Fundamentals

Ø Level II – Certified HACCP Food Safety

Ø Level III – Comprehensive Food Safety
